Hourly Rate Services

If you simply need a little direction, some fine-tuning or an unbiased review of a nearly complete work, hourly tutor services are available and may be exactly what you seek. (In-person at our Tulsa office or online)

Academic or Social Resume Building

$50/Hour

Capturing, qualifying, quantifying and organizing your experiences, qualifications and accomplishments

Essay In-Progress Assistance

$100/Hour

Editing, proof-reading and possibly restructuring existing drafts; this work requires face-to-face or video conference interaction in addition to preparatory work completed in private (this portion is billed in quarter hour increments)

Common Application Essay Topic Selection or Guidance for Supplemental Essay

$150/Session

1.5 Hour brainstorming session will guide you in identifying 1-2 appropriate essay topics; you will leave the session with notes - and a framework to begin your essay will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Following this session, you are welcome to request clarification or submit questions about what we discuss up to one-week later at no additional charge.

All-Inclusive Packaged Services

Packaged options offer access to us by phone, email or text at no additional fee from start to finish. Additionally, work with greater confidence knowing that hourly fees are not accruing, access to help is readily available, and there are no limits to the number of drafts we will review in the process that will produce an essay you will proudly submit.

You are welcome to reach out to us by phone, email or text at any point in the writing process. This package should provide a great deal of confidence - should you develop writer's block or feel frustrated, just stop and reach out... we will have you back on track quickly.

Resume Add On

$50

The Common Application Essay Package includes a resume review to get to know a bit about your background prior to meeting. We will offer a critique as needed at no additional charge. If you do not have an updated & well-organized resume and would like to work with us to build one that can be accomplished for a flat (not hourly) fee.

Supplemental Essay Add On

$125

Some universities require one or two supplemental essays in addition to the Common Application Essay.

Social Resume Package

$150

A well-designed social resume is a must for sorority recruitment and we can definitely help you.

Select from multiple designs | personalized with 1-2 color selections in addition to a full color picture... each design will only be used by up to two students per university
Includes 25 copies on high quality paper for distribution to each house and for use in acquiring letters of recommendation
Additional copies available at $2 each in quantities of 10

Prior to our first meeting, your resume will be reviewed and school selections will be researched. As questions arise, students with any package are welcome to reach out at no additional charge during operating hours... we may be helping other students but will respond as quickly as we can. Please do not call after 8 p.m. or before 8 a.m. You can also expect a 48 hour turn-around time for critique of all drafts and your final essay.

Cancellation Policy

We understand you are busy and that scheduling conflicts occur but our time is limited and valuable. Payment is expected at the time your appointment is BOOKED - not at the time services are rendered. If you need to cancel or reschedule and provide more than 48 hours notice, your payment will be refunded or applied to the rescheduled session.

If you provide 24 hours notice, we will try to schedule another student in your time slot and will refund all but a $25 late notice administrative fee.
Same day cancellation or no-show will result in no refund being issued for hourly services, in most cases - though emergencies will be evaluated case-by-case.
Clients with pre-paid packages that cancel same day or no-show will be assessed a $25 fee. Rescheduling will be allowed ONE time. A second late cancellation or missed appointment will not be rescheduled and no refund will be issued.
